作为第四届ProVeg国际食品创新大赛的一部分，我们再次与行业专家合作举办了一系列网络研讨会，分享他们对创新提案的愿景、战略和期望。我们即将到来的第二次网络研讨会上，来自Innova Markets Insights包装消费品专家Jefrin Arokiaraj将向我们揭示欧洲植物基食品趋势并向我们分享现今全球创新食品。

2023ProVeg亚太区食品创新大赛
ProVeg食品创新大赛将食品制造商和大学生聚集在一起共同创造，旨在加快替代蛋白质创新，培养全球食品系统转型的创新人才。
大赛将让学生们获得对这个行业的珍贵见解，同时将他们的创造力和技能用于解决当今世界面临的最大挑战之一—气候变化。ProVeg Asia董事总经理Shirley Lu表示：“植物性饮食在亚洲拥有的机会是最大的，而这种饮食结构中便包含了无数令人兴奋的食材。” 她指出，“若想要利用这个巨大的机会真正改变我们的饮食结构，创新是关键。亚洲需要更多美味、健康和方便的植物性产品。这些产品不仅应面向纯素食者，还应面向所有普通消费者。我们非常期待看到这些才华横溢的Z世代同学们的喷薄创意。”
ProVeg于2020年在中国发起了首个食品创新大赛，并在2021年把大赛扩大到东南亚，在数字化影响奖Digital Impact Awards中获得了“慈善机构、非政府组织最佳数字化使用奖”。2022年的比赛已经扩展到了整个亚太地区。

Shirley serves as Managing Director – Asia and Chief China Representative of ProVeg International, the largest European non-profit organization for plant-based and cellular-based food innovation. To accelerate sustainable food consumption, Shirley spoke at and launched food forums that bring together officials, academics, senior executives as well as startup entrepreneurs to provide insights and shed light on opportunities and challenges. She won an International Digital Impact Award in 2021 for launching the first ever plant-based innovation campaign with leading food companies and major food companies across Asia. She is also a Coordinating Lead Author for a UNEP General Environment Outlook Brief report about The Changing Role of Business in Transforming the Food System, which was published before the UN Food System Summit in 2021. Shirley has extensive background in both retail foods and foodservice in Asia. She started her career with P&G Taiwan in marketing, and has since worked for Mars Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Korea, Unilever China, and Rich’s Foods APAC. Before joining ProVeg, Shirley led regional marketing at Tate & Lyle APAC in specialty food ingredients based in Singapore. Her expertise includes go-to-market strategy, innovation, brand & product portfolio management, market research, insights, marketing, and customer acquisition. Shirley's footprint goes beyond Asia. She has frequented major international food shows to scout for new ideas and innovations driving the green food economy. She holds a BA degree from National Taiwan University in Taipei and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
