Introduction 
The idea of 4th Annual International Conference on Social Science and Contemporary Humanity Development [SSCHD2018] scheduled on December 14,-16th, 2018 in Wuhan (Hubei, China) is for the researchers, scientists, scholars, engineers and parctitioners from all around the world to present and share ongoing research activities. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Publication & Index
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of SSCHD2018 will be published by Atlantis Press in a conference proceedings, and it will be submitted to CPCI (ISTP), CNKI and Scholar Google for indexing.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format along with the contact information.
